I've been doing a lot of cooking with the tagine-style donabe, Fukkura-san, lately. I invited a few friend and cooked all 5 dishes with Fukkura-san.
Smoked cod and roasted fingerling potatoes are now becoming one of our "must have" regular starters.
I also made yakisoba, tofu steak, and hamburg with grated daikon sauce outdoor. Tonight was a Japanese street food/ pub food theme. It was really fun!
