Kurobuta Bulgogi (Tagine-style donabe, "Fukkura-san")
This is my version of bulgogi...I use the thin slices of kurobuta pork and tons of vegetables! It's big flavor and so satisfying, but it's also light and healthy. This is another dish which can be made by just piling up the ingredients in the skillet of Fukkura-san and get redy in such a short time. If you like it to be less hot, you just need to use less amount of the hot red chili powder.
After sauteing the onion and cabbage, I just piled up the enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, and marinated pork.
With thte lid on, it cooks in 8-10 minutes.
I posted the full recipe of this dish on toiro's website. So, please check it out!
Happy donabe life!
