Curry Yakisoba (Tagine-style Donabe, "Fukkura-san")

Wow...Curry Yakisoba is our big summer HIT!!!

Fukkura-san (tagine-style donabe) has been making my yakisoba experiences so special. I've always loved yakisoba, but with this donabe, my homemade yakisoba has brought to the whole new level and I'm so excited about it!!

With the high-heat from the thick skillet, steam-fry effect, and FIR (Far-Infrared Radiation), when cooked with Fukkura-san, my yakisoba is so smooth, fluffy, and really flavorful. Because of the steam-fry effect, I can also cut the amount of oil significantly. So, it's much healthier than regular wok-fry yakisoba, too.

Simple ingredients...yakisoba noodles, garlic, pork, cabbage, bean sprouts, and sauce mixture (curry powder, soy sauce, sake, etc.)

The delicious yakisoba is ready in a very short time, you just need to saute and pile up the ingredients before steam-frying with the lid on.

Great lunch in the patio. Mmmm...this curry flavor is so addictive!
