I slept so well last night. We went to a neighbor Japanese restaurant for lunch.
I started with a flight of Ginjo Sake...Uragasumi from Miyagi, Masumi from Nagano, and Shimaharitsuru from Niigata.
Here's my lunch! Their special Kaisen-don (seafood rice bowl). It was so fantastic! It was served with Kani Akadashi (dark red miso soup with crab).
The lunch set came with a choice of dessert. I had Kuri Zenzai (sweet red bean soup with chestnuts).
