This week is our Donabe Steamer week. We've been eating steamed dishes every day.
I fixed a super-quick lunch with the donabe steamer, "Mushi Nabe". Shrimp, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms on the steamer for 4 minutes. Shrimp were peeled and seasoned with Chinese rice wine and salt before cooking. We had them with the leftover sesame sauce and kochujang miso sauce.
