Back in Japan (Winter 09)…Noodle lunch in Harajuku
More noodle lunch, because we love noodles. We stopped by at a stylish ramen noodle restaurant at Omotesando Hills in Harajuku.
Cha-shiu ramen, modern-style. At this restaurant, they use two kinds of domestic chicken to make the stock. The broth was so soothing.
