Outdoor "Yaki Yaki San" grilling dinner

We've been having so much fun cooking with donabe at home, so it's pretty hard for us to even consider a dine-out option especially on a nice warm evening. When it's warm, we want to eat in our patio! A few nights ago, we did a Iga-yaki Grill, "Yaki Yaki San" table-top grilling dinner at our gazebo.

Prepping was so easy and quick. I just got together the ingredients to put on the grill, as well as some condiments. We got a variety of vegetables, shrimp, Kurobuta pork butt slices, and beef tri tip slices. Meat was just fresh and unseasoned. Condiments included, kochujang, lime wedges, scallion, daikon sprouts, Korean seaweed, my homemade kochujang apple sauce, etc.

We set the Yaki Yaki San on the table and started grilling and eating. Beer tasted especially nice with the grilled food in the warm weather.

Yaki Yaki San does wonderful grilling job, while it's quiet and smokeless. So, we didn't even have to worry about the table to get messy with all the splash from the grill. Shrimp and vegetables turned so sweet.

Juicy meat and vegetables.

We love Yaki Yaki San...thank you for the hard work to satisfy our needy stomachs!

Happy donabe life.
