On the eve of the wedding, the bride's parents hosted a pizza dinner at Flatbread Company in Paia. It's a very popular restaurant in town, and the place is always packed with local people.
Their pizzas are all natural and organic, and they are baked in the wood-fired clay oven.
We got the whole back room for ourselves and had the delicious organic salad, and so many kinds of pizza with wine. The pizzas were so good that I ate at least 10 slices...I'm serious!
