Some more pictures of the sweets I made just recently...I hope to be able to post the recipes soon (I just don't have enough time right now). They were all so delicious!
Caramel-salt-rum ice cream, shojin (vegan) green tea ice cream, and passion fruit ice cream.
Mizu Yokan (cold red ben jelly - vegan) and Caramel-rum-banana upside-down cake.
Donabe-steamed Anko (red bean paste) and walnut manju (dumpling). They were steamed in the donabe steamer, "Mushi Nabe". This is also vegan. I made the dough with the whole wheat flour, water, and black sugar.
I'll keep making more.
