Some dessert shots...
Dessert time...
Jason's favorite. Sake-kasu ice cream. I used extra amount of sake-kasu (sake lees) this time.
Kabocha squash cheesecake. I used more kabocha than the cream cheese, so it's a healthier-style, and the flavor was great.
