During the week I was in New York, there was a new ramen restaurant grand-opened in Hell's Kitchen district. It's called Ramen Tabata. So I went to check it out for lunch one day.
I had Shio ramen (salt-chicken broth) with chicken topping. I asked for an extra aji-tama (flavored egg) topping also.
