My family came to visit LA again, so we started our dinner at The Spice Table in Downtown Little Tokyo again...because we are big fans!
Grilled pig tail was one of their specials the other night. So we ordered...
Now, I want it to be in their regular menu! The meat was so giggly and fork tender...juicy, flavorful, and also fun to be messy. It went very well with 2009 Palmina, Dolcetto (Santa Barbara).
My 10-year-old nephew loved Chef Brian's Sloppie Joe Banh Mi. Thank you, Chef!
