After 3-day weekend gig at LA Food & Wine events, I came home on Sunday evening and I was so exhausted! All I needed was just a nice homy something as a supper.
So, we drove down to Koreatown and grabbed a bite at Ma Dang Gook Soo. They make kalguksu (toraditional Korean hand-cut noodles).
Mandu (dumplings) were huge. I had kalguksu with clams in clam broth. It was a huge dish, so even I couldn't finish it. The noodles had nice chewy texture.
I slept like a baby after we returned to home.
