I woke up super hungry Sunday morning.
We walked from our Downtown place to Nickel Diner for brunch. Luckily, we got there right before the rush and could grab the last available table without waiting.
In the afternoon, we were back at our Echo Park home. The sky was so clear. This is a view of Downtown from our street. I took a little walk to Fix Coffee for a little break.
In the evening, we drove to Koreatown for dinner at Seongbukdong. This time, we had to wait for about 30 minutes for a table, but the wait was totally worth it. Their Kalbijjim (steamed beef short rib in soy-based sauce) is probably the bet in K-Town. It's just so tender and so flavorful. We also shared seafood sundubu (tofu stew). Everything was as wonderful as always at Seongbukdong.
