Lunch the other day...
Bonito Dashi Ramen with an extra topping of onsen tamago (hotspring egg) at Ikemen Ramen in Hollywood. It even came with freshly shaved extra bonito flakes for topping. Very good! While LA's ramen scene is still in a developing stage and tonkotsu (rich pork broth) is mostly admired, it was so nice to have very nice lighter broth ramen. I want to eat it again.
