While my mushrooms were being dried in the patio the other morning...
I saw a visitor. He was just curious. Squirrels don't eat mushrooms.
My 2-day sun-dried mushrooms...Shimeji, maitake, enoki, eryingi, and shiitake.
I've been so crazy about these semi-dry mushrooms.
