Santa Maria BBQ Grill Kick Off
We did our first home BBQ with our Santa Maria BBQ grill this year last weekend.
Cedar plank salmon (I ordered beautiful 2-pound salmon filet from McCall's Meat and Fishand cut in half) with yuzu shichimi salt dry rub.
