A night
after the bento class was a Hollywood Bowl concert, and this time I made picnic
bento for 4 people.
Sake-steamed
chicken salad with sesame sauce, japchae, shio-koji salmon, yuzu-kosho pesoto
onigiri, and sake-kasu pound cake.
