Miso-making Class on 9/8!
Happy Labor Day.
My family was visiting me in LA from Japan all last week, so I haven't had a chance to update my blog for over a week until now. I had a great time with them.
We are hosting Art of Miso-making Class this Saturday (September 8), and there are still a couple of spots available. It's a hands-on class, and you will get to take home your own homemade miso to ferment after the class. Making miso from scratch is a lot of fun, and homemade miso tastes really special.
